Refund Policy
- We have a 100% refund policy for unused credits/classes. Refund requests are acted upon immediately.
- The Bank’s Refund Processing Charge shall be deducted from the refundable amount due to the Student/Parent.
- All refunds shall be calculated on the total number of classes completed from the date of payment until the date of the refund request as against the total number of classes purchased.
- All refunds shall be processed back to the source of the payment and upon a discrepancy on the same, we shall undertake to process the payment through bank transfer which shall be convenient to the user.
- We will act on your request immediately and the refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days
- We shall not be liable for any delay in the refund process caused by circumstances beyond our company end, such as banking or payment gateway delays, and the Student/Parent shall have no right to claim any interest, penalty, or compensation for such delays.
